Where Can I Buy Replacement Parts For My AirScent Diffuser?

Please simply contact us directly for any replacement parts for our Wireless Diffusers. Additionally, we do not offer replacement parts or warranties for any products purchased through third-party websites.

Are Your Fragrances Pet Safe?

Yes, provided your pets do not ingest the oils, our fragrance oils are safe to use around cats, dogs and other pets.

Are Your Fragrances Safe for Use Around Children?

Yes, as long as they don't ingest them, our fragrance oils are safe for use around children. Please ensure to store them out of reach of children.

Are Your Fragrance Oils Safe for Use in Dryer Balls?

AirScent fragrances are formulated for use as diffuser oils. While they meet all RIFM standards for safe use, they have not been officially tested for use with dryer balls. Users may choose to experiment at their own discretion; however, we cannot guarantee results or accept responsibility if they do not work.

Can They Be Used in Soap Making and Candle Making?

As stated previously, AirScent fragrances are primarily designed for use as diffuser oils. Although they are manufactured in accordance with RIFM standards for safe use in most every product, they have not been officially tested for use in candles, soaps, or other crafts.

Is There A Difference Between Essential Oils and Diffuser Oils?

Are Your Products Made in the USA?

Yes, our fragrance oils are proudly conceived, composed and packaged in the United Sates, and shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in Pittsburgh, PA to Amazon's warehouses. Our waterless diffuser machines are developed and manufactured in China.
