Do You Supply Your Products to Resellers?

No, we do not supply our fragrance oils or packaged branded products to resellers, and we only provide certain guarantees for products purchased through our Amazon store. So we ask that customers avoid buying our products from any website other than Amazon.

Do You Offer Samples of Your Fragrances?

We do not offer free samples, however, we do offer an array of gift sets, which include 10 mL bottles of our most popular blends.

Can I Buy AirScent Fragrance Oils In Bulk?

Indeed, we offer our fragrance oil liquids in larger quantities to meet the needs of crafters—such as candle makers, soap makers, and perfume creators—as well as companies requiring substantial volumes for applications like HVAC scenting in expansive open areas, lobbies, and similar environments. We do not sell our fragrance oils to individuals or entities intending to repackage and distribute them through e-commerce platforms. Please consult our team for pricing and additional details. The minimum order quantity for bulk purchases is 25 pounds.

Why Did You Change Your Bottle Caps?

We were experience leakage issues with our previous glass pipettes-style dropper caps, so we switched to a Euro dropper cap, which has proven to be much more secure.

Where Can I Buy Replacement Parts For My AirScent Diffuser?

Please simply contact us directly for any replacement parts for our Wireless Diffusers. Additionally, we do not offer replacement parts or warranties for any products purchased through third-party websites.

Are Your Fragrances Safe for Use Around Children?

Yes, as long as they don't ingest them, our fragrance oils are safe for use around children. Please ensure to store them out of reach of children.

Are Your Fragrance Oils Safe for Use in Dryer Balls?

AirScent fragrances are formulated for use as diffuser oils. While they meet all RIFM standards for safe use, they have not been officially tested for use with dryer balls. Users may choose to experiment at their own discretion; however, we cannot guarantee results or accept responsibility if they do not work.

Can They Be Used in Soap Making and Candle Making?

Similarly, AirScent fragrances are primarily designed for use as diffuser oils. Although they are manufactured in accordance with RIFM standards for safe use in most every product and application, they have not been officially tested for use in candles, soaps, or other crafts. Again, users may choose to experiment at their own discretion; however, we cannot guarantee results or accept responsibility if they do not work.

Are AirScent Products Made in the USA?

Yes, our fragrance oils are proudly conceived, composed, packaged and shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in Pittsburgh, PA to Amazon's warehouses. Our waterless diffuser machines are developed and manufactured in China.
